Abby is an E-RYT 500 hour certified hatha yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and Ayurvedic Health Counselor trained through the Himalayan Institute. She loves teaching people of all ages and abilities different ways to connect to their bodies and find more peace within through movement, breath work, relaxation, and meditation. She believes in the importance of proper alignment, slowing down and moving with intention.
Known for her focus on subtle body practices, Abby often incorporates techniques like Agni Sara, Aswini Mudra, and Mula Bandha into her classes, helping students develop a deeper awareness. Abby’s teaching philosophy is simple: your yoga practice should meet you where you are and extend beyond the mat, supporting you in every aspect of your life.
Off of the mat, Abby is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She weaves a holistic mindfulness approach into her psychotherapy and incorporates mind-body awareness practices to help her clients connect to their inner resources and experience greater peace and balance in their lives. Whether through yoga or therapy, Abby is dedicated to supporting others on their path toward wellness and emotional well-being.
